Dr Daniel Jolles

Workplace Behavioural Psychologist | Counsellor

Achieving balance in our careers and personal goals can be difficult. Therapy provides a powerful tool to help us navigate the challenges of career, relationships, loss, and everyday life. I aim to provide a thoughtful, straightforward, and trusted conversation that supports you towards where you want to be.

As a Workplace Behavioural Psychologist and Counsellor, I hold a PhD in Psychology and have expertise in workplace ageing, careers, and retirement. I am a BACP Registered Counsellor (MBACP), offering 1:1 career-focused therapy and individual counselling to help clients navigate complexity and achieve meaning, purpose, and fulfilment.

I am a Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol) and hold a research position at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where I am a regular speaker and advisor to firms on careers, workplace inclusion and wellbeing. My work has been published in leading international scientific journals and business publications including Fast Company, California Management Review: Insights, LSE Business Review and World Economic Forum's Future of Work.
