Dr Daniel Jolles
Counsellor | Chartered Psychologist
Therapy offers a trusted and emotionally attuned relationship that supports healing, growth, and meaningful change.

As a Person-Centred Counsellor with a PhD in Psychology, I offer a warm, open, and evidence-based approach to therapy. The demands of work, relationships, or personal goals can feel overwhelming, leading to stress, anxiety, low mood, or a sense of being ‘stuck.’ Together, we will navigate these challenges, deepening your self-awareness, and taking meaningful steps towards your goals.

I am committed to building a trusted connection where you feel able to work through difficult emotions and explore life’s challenges at depth. This process can help you to find greater meaning and purpose, strengthen your self-worth, and build more fulfilling relationships in all areas of your life.
Counselling
Thoughtful, trusted conversation to help you towards where you want to be.
I work with a wide range of issues, including stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, and loss. Additionally, I have specific expertise in navigating work and career-related challenges, from early career planning to career transitions, leadership and retirement.

Whatever brings you to therapy, you can expect a safe, confidential, and compassionate space where we can explore your concerns, personal history, and goals for the future together.
