About
Achieving balance in our careers and personal goals can be difficult. Therapy provides a powerful tool to help us navigate the challenges of career, relationships, loss, and everyday life. I aim to provide a thoughtful, straightforward, and trusted conversation that supports you towards where you want to be.
As a Workplace Behavioural Psychologist and Counsellor, I hold a PhD in Psychology and have expertise in workplace ageing, careers, and retirement. I am a BACP Registered Counsellor (MBACP), offering 1:1 career-focused therapy and individual counselling to help clients navigate complexity and achieve meaning, purpose, and fulfilment.
I am a Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol) and hold a research position at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where I am a regular speaker and advisor to firms on careers, workplace inclusion and wellbeing. My work has been published in leading international scientific journals and business publications including Fast Company, California Management Review: Insights, LSE Business Review and World Economic Forum's Future of Work.

Career-Focused Therapy
Career-focused therapy can help you to navigate professional challenges related to leadership, work-life balance, career transitions and retirement. As a counsellor and workplace behavioural psychologist, I can support you to work at depth towards achieving meaning, purpose, and fulfilment in and around work.
Individual Counselling
Counselling can help you to work through complexity and cope better with challenges of relationships, loss, wellbeing and everyday life. For those wanting to deeply understand themselves, I provide an open and compassionate space for you to independently explore what matters; past, present and future.
Session Information
Career-Focused Therapy and Individual Counselling sessions run for 50 minutes online.
Session fees are £85 per session.
Prior to working together, I offer a free initial conversation. This is a confidential 15-minute telephone call to find out if I am the right counsellor for you.
